16–18 APRIL 2019, MINNEAPOLIS, USA
Tanya presented a 90 minute workshop From Surviving To Thriving In DEI Work: Creating Spaciousness To Inspire Inclusion And Innovation at The Forum on Workplace Inclusion’s 31st Annual Conference: Bridging The Gap.
In this session, participants got to understand the ALL model experientially and came out with a plan for more sustainable joy in their DEI work. The learning outcomes were to:
- Gain a process, ideas and tools for increasing inclusion and innovation in teams.
- Experience visioning and planning for DEI with spaciousness.
- Tap into energy, hope and a personal plan for joy in DEI work.
Separate realities and opposing viewpoints often collide making it difficult to identify or address the systemic and polarising gaps perpetuating obstacles to inclusion. Let’s change that together at the 31st annual Forum on Workplace Inclusion as we work to Bridge the Gap.
The Forum on Workplace Inclusion (The Forum) is the USA’s largest workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) conference designed for a national & global audience. For 30 years, The Forum has served as a convening hub for those seeking to grow professional leadership and effectiveness skills in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion by engaging people, advancing ideas, and igniting change.
